Hardware Banned system

i wasn’t sure where to post this. Soo I finally got caught by Nintendo after a year.

I have ALOT of games I actually paid for on the Eshop and I can’t download them

What do I do?

Before I hacked it. And it’s like a lot of games several hundred dollars.

This is why I go physical... I got banned and only lost game updates and my Octo Expansion. (Luckily it's only a banned Switch in my case, and not a banned account) So I'll be saving up for a new Switch (The new power-saving version of the normal Switch) so I can keep playing Splatoon 2.

I guess the only thing you can do is buy another Switch or download the games you legally own else where.

Pirating games lol. I know I deserve it. But I lost my legit shit

Is the Nintendo ID banned or just the system? I may pick up the lite and keep that for my legit games/online if the ID itself isn’t banned

To 99% its the system only. They generally don't ban IDs.
