With regards to those who burned loads of patched ISO's to work with the loader. You may be in luck, rather than re-downloading in full you may be able to extract the iso back to the PC and locate a torrent network which shares these ISO's in full, do a forced hash recheck on the ISO

Have you tried this ? It sounds like a method that may possibly work , but you need the exact same iso that you used first day.
I may try this myself and confirm if i can find a patched ISO - i gave most of mine away :s

Hello,
I made a hbc channel icon for current/future loader

perhaps someone can make a program that unpatches an iso, ( not sure what is involved in the patching process.)

The patching process delete some information which are in the .ISO files... so I think an "unpatcher" isn't the solution.
Someone knows something about the deleted information ?

i don't think it's even possible to re-encrypt the iso once encrypted, becouse the algorythm is based on asimmetric key pairs, where a key is used to decrypt, and another is used to encrypt.

beeing able to decrypt a game partition doesn't mean you can re-encrypt it.

beeing able to encrypt a game and make it valid would mean you don't even need the trucha signature exploit to modify an iso content.

Yes it does work in order situations so I beleive it should here also, just a thought. like you say, you'd need to rename the file verbatim with the one you are on the network for.

Hey Shadowmoses - With regards to the banner, looks nice, its best contacting wiigator and ask him to include it in his release, I would like it in the release, that we we dont have to edit what wiigator releases!!!

Yes. I would like it as a splash screen for the app.

Impossible, the patching process delete informations that are specific to the image file, so if there would be a "unpatcher", it would means that it must be able to create the datas of all thee WII games which are out around the world...i think it's like saying that encoding a mp3 file which was in 128 kbs in 320 kbps will improve the quality...

Worth a try.
That won't work. Every byte in the 'patched' (actually decrypted) ISO is completely different from the original.

It is definitely NOT possible to re-create the original ISO from a patched one. Not now, not ever (meaning, it's not a practical thing, it's just not possible). And I don't want to step on any toes here, but you kind of brought it onto yourself when you saved the patched ISO instead of the originals. Which I think is a weird thing to do anyway, considering you can create a patched ISO from an original in like 5 min. but you can't go the other way around.

May be used with backup copies patched creator with the new charger Wiigator?
I'm going to assume you are asking if Wiigator's new backup loader is capable of running patched ISO's. The answer is that it will probably not work when the new loader is released initially, but maybe after some time Wiigator will release a new version which is capable of doing that.

Offtopic: instead of saying 'charging' or 'charger', say 'loading' or 'loader'.

about the idea of making it work with the disc channel, we don't really need to patch the existing disc channel do we? i mean, if you could create a channel with the same banner and make it able to change that banner image depending on the game inserted and make it compatible with the loader, it would work.

and since wiigator was able to load original games perfectly in his original loader, that means he was able to get the disc channel's code working in his loader, correct? or did he write everything from scratch? because if it was the same code as the disc channel, i would assume that he would be able to copy the entire code of the channel itself and just add the code for the loader.

am i just rambling or did any of that make any sense?
