Basically all your can't do here is links and names of illegal warez and ROMs, and no flaming or porn. And try not to double post and have vague topic titles and... just read the rules. As long as you don't spam, troll, flame, link to illegal stuff and post porn, you're fine.

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
