I am going to buy R4i SDHC 3DS RTS but I am not sure where to buy it online. I live in the Uk and I don't know if these sites are legit or not.

I wouldn't order from any uk based site. I ordered a card from r4icard3ds.co.uk 4 days ago. Site seemed legit, had customer reviews etc. Now I've had 0 contact with them, no despatch notification and no reply to the 3 emails I've sent. Seems I've been scammed, luckily it was only for £14, but still avoid those sites

That sucks. I've noticed that r4wood is a fake site and I have ordered a card from eBay
