Homebrew Are 9.5 guys screwed?

Yeah, I updated. After I bought Cubic Ninja. And was on 9.2. lol
Do you guys think Cubic Ninja will have any use in 9.5? It launches the setup page to Ninjhax.
The GBC injector doesn't seem to work on 9.5, but region free does
Huntereb's mk7 full save injector freezes, but I think I was just doing that wrong.
I really do like how the 3DS scene though, does anyone know if you have to be fully updated to system transfer (full transfer) and does 3DS games save? I might buy a 9.2 (or lower) 3ds

Most of the exploits used in Ninjhax were patched by that update. If another exploit was found in the system that Cubic Ninja can access, yeah. But I wouldn't press my luck on that anytime soon.

If you have a NAND backup, I'd suggest restoring.

Thanks for quick response! No, I dont have a NAND backup D: , so I'll just wait for more Spider3DS stuff or buy a new 3ds (not a "New 3DS" but replace my old "3DS")

It may take a very long time before something useful happens though. A bunch of exploits that were used, both for kernel access and ninjhax were patched.

Yeah, I'll just not update anymore and wait.. maybe buy a Sky3DS (not really a purpose though because it only emulates the cart.) while i'm at it..

The cubic ninja entry point is still there in 9.5 and if somebody can work from that, then maybe cubic ninja may still be used. Who knows?

But, it is very likely that cubic ninja does essentially just die out and not get used after 9.2

Quickly answer : Yes if you want to use a gateway. Sell your actual 3DS and/or buy another one, most old 3DS/3DS XL you can find will mostly be 9.2 or less.

No if a Sky3DS is enough for you (because it have limitations that a Gateway doesn't have, basically it just play roms from retail games and only from your 3DS region, no foreign games).

As they just use the work of someone else and not a built-in feature (and also the fact it does not work on N3DS), I prefer not add it in my description but you are right. Though some games aren't compatible with it (Majora's Mask for example for a recent one).

Well, on my 3DS I have a lot of thingies, and I can't transfer without being on latest firmware. Would emuNAND 9.5 work to recieve transfers from sysNAND 9.5 3DS?
