Hacking Anyway to restore .sav from Nintendo 3DS Folder?

So I kinda fucked up my emunand and had to restore a new one, only to end up losing all my save data. I did backup my whole Nintendo 3DS folder but after much searching, I found out no solution as those files are encrypted.
So are there anything way to restore my saves?
