1 & 2 - Don't bother trying to use this coupon if you found it, it's not copy nor transferable, and since you apparently found it on the internet, it's got a 99.999999% chance of already being used. That's only if it was real in the first place, which if this was actually found on 4chan, is highly unlikely.
3 - No, it's "A place for fun & games", as the description says. This isn't fun, nor a game, so it's GoT material.

It's fake. On 4chan people make coupon threads in order to get discounts on stuff. While it'll work for most things like soda or chips or food or whatever, it generally doesn't work on vidya games and the like.

Actually, according to the UPC checker deely-bop I have, this isn't real in any form. It's not a valid coupon, item, product, or any other UPC known as of 3/10/12.
