Anyone running WP7 on the HD2?

After getting WP7 installed on my brother's HD2 using various links and sources from xda developers, the install process went good. The problem happened right after the reboot from final part of the install process. It loads into the OS normally and goes into the set up screen then it reboots. It goes to the windows 7 logo screen this time, then reboots again. The reboots would happen over and over in different instances. I never got past the confirming time & date screen. Does anyone know why this is happening? Also the LED at the top blinks green & orange... what could that mean? Please help. Thanks.
