Anyone a king at rooting phones here?

I've been struggling to find a root method, checked xda for firmware magisk patches but prime tools gives <waiting for device> when attempting to flash img nothing happens. I'm able to see it on adb devices but when I adb bootloader there is no option to unlock bootloader and it just hangs up constantly.

OnePlus nord n10 5g
Oxygen OS 11.0.16 BE86AA
I'm told my imei is europe.

Also no success similar issues with an old axon 7. For older devices links seem to be dead or no matching firmware for up to date firmware to be able to root and patch.

I've never heard of prime tools and I can't find anything about it at least via google.

You have to run a command to unlock the bootloader, there is no option that just comes up.

I was able to get root access by hardbooting into bootloader
