Homebrew any ideas on why this might be happening

I was trying to download a 3ds game from wii u usb helper to see how it handles 3ds games compared to wii u but when i try to download it this happens it keeps redownloading the same file

try restarting the application?

This isn't really the right place for that, but regardless try deleting it and redownloading Wii u USB helper.
