Gaming any games that are translated and i have been missing out on?

i know all games that were released in the west so no point in calling out those games.

I did read the first post. You specified Japan only but you did not clearly specify why.

Anyway, the only game and I can really recommend is Nanashi no Game (The Nameless Game). It's a horror game that's halfway decent. There's also Clannad, if you're into visual novels.

Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep Final Mix has been translated, but it's pretty much the USA/EUR release with extra content.

One game for you is monster hunter portable 3rd, which is a jp exclusive and team maverick one has a Fully eng translation patch. I dont know if this game is a jrpg, but is an action rpg with online play which should be close to your taste

There aren't a lot of JRPGs that are fully translated (or even 70% completed, for that matter).

Instead of demanding that someone suggest games (or games), you'd be better off using Google. You'd be surprised at what pops up. But then again, There are a lot of good JRPGs in english, and if you're really determined to get some japan only games, find some which are fully enjoyable with little to no understanding of Japanese -_-
