Is it true that PSP emulates games better than PSvita does?

I've heard this a couple of times now and I'm wondering if it's true. And if so could I just get adrenaline for my Vita and still have the superior emulation?

Yes some work better on PSP (eg SNES) so try via Adrenaline and see which you prefer

Maybe in the sense that the PSP homebrew scene was so much more active and advanced than the Vita homebrew scene, so some of the emulators are way way way more developed than Vita-native emulators. But that's just speculation.

However the Vita can literally emulate the PSP, so you can run PSP and then run the PSP-specific emulator, if it is really better than a Vita-specific one.
