The ambassador titles were all VC games, which count as 3dsware and not eShop titles. As for right now, ambassador titles wouldnt work.

NO. ONLINE MULTIPLAYER/ONLINE SERVICES WILL NOT WORK WITH GATEWAY. Local works, but that's it.

I was updating from 1.2 to 2.1 omega, and i only replaced the launcher.dat file. i launched gateway and i updated my gateway card (via the gateway menu) now nothing works. what am i supposed to do?

is he right about that though? i mean i think the reason the 3dsware dont work is because it is only dumps signed with higher 7.x keys that are out , ambassador games would not be signed with 7.x aes key

this is a brand new feature released today, everything said in the past does not necessarily apply.
Like I said I thought I would at least ask, and in the typical GBATemp spirit someone starts screaming lol

When I copy the new launcher on sd card it say that it's write protected (I come from omega private beta).
Should i delete emunand first in order to upgrade to latest public beta ?

You have to reformat your SD card to FAT32 or exFat (Recommended), drag your games to root of SD card, insert Gateway with this card and press select on your 3DS to bring up the multirom menu.
You don't need to use win32diskimager anymore.

Yeah you can trade and battle locally, with the "passerby" feature.
Edit: just make sure the rom is the same region as your 3DS!
