Homebrew ANEMONE AND FREE 3DS THEMES

I know that there are already threads for this but for some reason it wont let me read them.I am trying to get a certain 3ds theme but the Qr scanner on my 3ds wont scan it. I heard that this is the thing to use but i dont know how to get Anemone on my 3ds. Please help me!

You are able to connect your console to the pc to transfer the files needed. It is avilable if such things dont work.

Your 3ds is already hacked right? (make sure you're connected to internet) if you have FBI go to remote install then scan qr code and scan this

Should install anemone 3ds, now open the app and press R to scan a QR code, scan the code that you want and it should appear on a list, hold a to install and press up on the d-pad for a normal install, when it's done your theme should be ready

If you got a new type console of the 3ds you can use the sd management within the settings to connect your console to the pc without needing anything else.

Ok, thats your problem. You need cfw on your console to even use this. https://3ds.hacks.guide/ is where you are going to start.
