Homebrew Microphone Listening and Camera Displaying App

Howdy.
I am looking for an application for the New 3ds that can capture and playback the 3ds' microphone whilst also providing live camera feed (preferably being able to switch between the front and back camera).
If such an app exists please let me know, if someone is willing to make an app that can do this that's great

I want to do this because: I think it'd be funny to share my 3ds via display capture — allowing people to see and hear me as if I were talking to them on my 3ds.

Please let me know if this is possible.
