Hacking An exception occurred Arm11 <core 0> 3DS Majoras's Maks

I was trying to play majoras mask 3D on my new nintendo 3ds and it appears me this, this being the only game with this issue.
I have checked the region and is in the correct one, and have tryed installing different files of the same game. If someone has any advice I would aprecciate it.

What region is your 3ds? Make sure to get the right version for your region. I remember a r/3dspiracy post with somebody having the same issue, but I don't want to go anywhere near that sub. I'm pretty sure that the guy was just installing the wrong region majora's mask, but I may be wrong.
