Hacking an exception occured when I launch Pokemon ultra moon

I have a problem with pokemon ultra moon cia installed on my b9s N2DS with Luma 9.1
When I try to launch the game, i have an error: An exception occured

I have to power off the console
If i install the 1.2 update, i have no error but a black screen...

What is wrong ?

I think if it's a seed issue fbi now downloads automatically if you're connected to the internet. There are also games that have the seed negated.

I tried to import seed using FBI but still nothing. The game is only showing a black screen(no error or whatsoever) every time I tried to launch it if I use Luma ver.10.2.1

try uninstalling the game, then download the game from a different source.

I fixed it by system format the 3DS. Thanks for the help godreborn
