"An exception occurred" New Nintendo 3DS XL Luma3DS 13.0.2

I just downloaded homebrew and I downloaded Super Smash Bros as CIA file on FBI and it worked perfectly fine but then I downloaded Pokemon Moon as a CIA file from the same website (hshop) also on FBI but when I try to play Pokemon Moon it tells me it needs un update which doesn't work, same happens on Smash Bros though, but when I ignore it on Pokemon Moon and try to open the game it says
An exception occurred

then there is a bunch of Rs with a number next to them from 0-12 in numerical with a bunch of numerical and alphabetical codes on the top screen, then on the bottom screen it says

then there is a bunch of OFFFFE with a two digit number connected to it then this sign : followed by 8 different 2 digits or letters next two each other on each row (there are 19), also another thing I noticed is that on the 2nd and 17th ones the last two digits out of the eight pairs end with 14 instead of 00 like the rest.
Can anyone help me with this problem please?

I turn off the exception handler in the pre-boot menu, and I never run into problems like this.
