Gaming American DSiware on japanese dsi

is their a way to play american dsiware on a japanese dsi without HiyaCFW?

I tried to edit american dsiware and change the region to region free and that didn't work

I tried to edit a tmd to region free and that didn't work

I tried to edit them both as the same region and that didn't work either

I searched online for japanese tmds and had no luck

there's got to be some kind of tmd generator or something, is there?

I have a japanese version of flipnote studio and an american version of bird and seeds

Please help

are you able to boot it directly from unlaunch menu?

unlaunch disables region lock and signature checks, so you shouldn't be needing to modify anything to get it to work. use nand title manager to install the dsiware directly to your nand and you can run your games from home menu with just pure unlaunch

tmds are trivial to forge and the title installers generate a valid one automatically, as long as you have a valid rom of the game.

note valid does not mean signed, you will need loader patches for it to run. So if you installed unlaunch with loader patches disabled (via TWLMenu), you need to reinstall with its loader patches untouched.
