I am SO CLOSE to getting the Nintendo Zone app for the DSi to activate without Unlaunch. I've got a few methods that each SHOULD work so-so.

1. SSLPatcher, what is it? Where can I get it? If I patch the WDB, it should, maybe go to another server revival, thus activating the Beacon cartridge and awakening the long dormant Nintendo Zone app.
2. How can I convert a .cia to a .nds file? When I do it, the icon for the application is visible, along with it's data (like SDK, region, etc) on TwiLight Menu++ via Memory Pit.
However, when I run the app, it stays at a white blank screen. I'm using the latest version of nds-bootstrap. Apparently I am missing font files or something?
3. I have the Nintendo Zone DSi files from a NAND extract, but its in pieces essentially. A couple certs, tmds, and a titleKey.bin file. If I could convert that to a .nds, something could work!!
4. How can I use a HexEditor to edit the URL input and restrictions/verifications of an official server connection on the WDB?

Extra:
Would ninfs allow me to extract a .nds of the hidden app? Also, guide on ninfs?
Are the Nintendo Zone server files (preserved URL files) out there? I just need a yes or a no.
What would the structure of the server be so I can try to replicate it?

EDIT!
i have the app extracted from my NAND, now would using NTM to install it work? No Unlaunch by the way

I'd love some help!

If you want to operate on the actual machine:
You need to back up NAND first and have ntrboot cart.
You must test on emulator before restoring NAND to the target DSi.

I tried it on emulator, and you just need to replace the Launcher's sav file to make Nintendo Zone icon appear.
(The SAV file is encrypted, and I don't know how to edit it)
So you need a donor DSi(or NAND or save file) that has Nintendo Zone icon.
Donor DSi can be USA or Japanese version, replace private.sav from NAND>title>00030017>484e41**(**=numbers and letters in different regions)>data .
