Nah. You hurt a lot when abusing it. But perhaps it can be made usable on a medical dose but unable to be absorbed beyond that.

Drugs by themselves stimulate the glands to make these substances in our body. Endorphin, serotonin, noradrenalin, all of these are secreted by taking one or other drug. At this point, this wouldn't change anything.

You body systems cannot stimulate production to that level and some drug directly replace these substances produced by your gland, which can cause long term damage, something your body is incapable of doing to itself.

It can be regulated to be less efective the more you take to the point that drug level becomes unable to do anything.
