Homebrew After region changing my out of region o3ds XL, can I simply transfer my NIID account? What happens to FriendList, Puzzle Swap etc?

Your NNID gets unlinked, but I don't know what happens to the other things. Your Friend Code is linked to your device, so I think it doesn't change.

But why do you want to change regions? It's unnecesary.

Thanks for your answer! Yeah, probably I phrazed that wrong. I'd like to system transfer my account to my new device (o3DS to o3DS XL) but the second one is out of region. I know there are guides, region changing is not the problem. So, if I manage to change it's region, would I be able to do a system transfer or it still wouldn't work? But if progress in those games isn't transfered, I wondered if there's any reason to do a system transfer at all.
