Mod disabling setting targetframerate and sets vsynccount to 1.
Game has optimization issues, so no matter how high you will go with OC, it will drop in certain moments to 30 and even 20 FPS for few seconds (without patch it still drops to 20 FPS in the same places). Hopefully we will get optimization patch in near future.
Recommended OC settings:
It won't work with any update.
Put folder exefs_patches to sdcard folder
