ROM Hack RELEASE Moving Out 60 FPS mod

Sets vsynccount to 1, enabling 60 FPS.

Recommended minimal OC settings for handheld:

handheld_charging_cpu=1224
handheld_charging_gpu=460
handheld_charging_mem=1600

It works only with version 1.0.3.
Not tested in docked mode.

Copy folder 0100C4C00E73E000 to sdcard folder

atmosphere/titles (Atmosphere 0.9.4 and older)
or
atmosphere/contents (Atmosphere 0.10.1+)
or
reinx/contents
or
sxos/titles

And restart Switch.

Can we get an update for version 1.0.4 which is the current?
I tried using it with the newer version, the game crashes.
This game should be much greater at 60 fps.
