Hope this can help some ppl with unpacking roms.

1. make sure you are using v9. https://github.com/Asia81/HackingToolkit3DS/releases
2. download attached 7z file and extract its contents to your OS\program file( for 64 bits is program file x86)\hackingtoolkit3ds and replace existed files.
3. grab the newest version 3dstool. https://github.com/dnasdw/3dstool/releases/latest
4. extact contents to the same path mentioned above replace existed ones.


There is an issue with new version 3dstool. when you try to decompress a code.bin that originally isn't compressed, it will pop an error, just click to close it.
