I understand that it can play GC games. How do I load GC game from a USB with NeoGamma? What are the best setting to use when playing NeoGamma? Also, Is there a GC backup manager like they have for the Wii so that there the USB/SD properly?

Sorry, but learn to read...
It's not possible to play gamecube from USB or SD. Only from a disc and an older wii DVD drive.
