Is there a handheld console that exists like that? I know there is the GPD XD but that's a bit too expensive. I don't really care about SNES,NES,Playstation etc. Just those 3 plus an SD Card to add hacked rom games. Anyone knows if there is any handheld console? (That isn't DS Lite with an R4i Micro SD Card)

Hello. :)

A Nintendo DSi with TWiLight Menu is maybe a choice for you.

You need:

- A Nintendo DSi/DSi XL on latest Firmware (EU or NTSC recommended,I am not 100 percent sure the Korean and Japanese Models working correctly with the Memory Pit Exploit on the latest Firmware).

- Camera Application (this comes "normally" with any DSi/DSi XL)

- Memory Pit exploit

- First an SD Card 2GB (for the "Modifications") and later a bigger one (16-32 GB recommended) for use more and more Games on it.....

- TWiLight Menu
https://gbatemp.net/threads/ds-i-3d...-ds-i-games-and-ds-i-menu-replacement.472200/
It has all for you:
- GameBoy/GameBoy Color game support with cheats and savegames (near perfect)
- DS/Dsi game support with cheats and savegames (very great game compatibility near Flashcard)
and
(- BONUS GBA game support with savegames (very great compatibility)

Note:
-TWiLight Menu
-DS/DSi Game support
(-GBA support)

is under permanent further development from many great guys here.some games maybe do not work correct actual but this changes daily.:yay:
This means "Every day maybe a new "present" for us.")

Thank you.:)

Just wondering what's wrong with a DS lite and flashcart as that's the cheapest and relatively easiest option? Otherwise next cheapest is DSi which has been explained well above, but personally I'd go with a 3ds as it's easy to find original model for as cheap as a dsi (locally at least), easier to hack then dsi and has a lot more capability and features. Also both 3ds and dsi can run ds games without a flashcart but flashcarts will likely always have higher compatibility and better/no load times even though it has improved greatly.
