I found this on DX. It's a normal GBA, but again a "1:1" clone.

It's not; if I recall correctly that like of systems has issues playing games like Golden Sun, Mario Golf, and other CPU intensive games. Somebody please prove my wrong so I can buy one. ;O; I don't remember if it can play cartridges or only load flash memory...

You're not wrong. Cpu intense games do suffer performance issues. As for loading carts, It does load and play them. However, when it comes to saving it saves to the internal memory and not the cartridge.

This guy plays Golden Sun for a few moments.

EDIT: I think this is the original one without TV Out or the K-Cart etc etc.

This is the same product I have, It is a good clone and plays most games well. When playing Golden Sun you really run into the issues when you get into fights.

I have one of these. It's a good device but you do run into issues with playing games like Golden Sun and Sigma Star Saga.
Ah. Would it recommend it? I know this K-Team one is coming out, but I can get this GBA now and that SP later.

the machine in the first post is not an emulator, so it has no trouble playing ANY gba games. it's my article so i can confirm that i tested golden sun and sigma star, they both run and save just fine. every other gba clone you see listed anywhere else is just an emulator so you will have the incompatibility problems. with the k-team clone there are no compatibility problems with any games. even homebrew works fine (from the titles i have tested).

no it's not, it's an emulator with the same processor as dingoo a320 (or maybe a previous generation of the same processor). the k-team devices are not emulators, they run gba games natively.
