Well, subtitles can be made by using virtualdub (i've added subtitles with it when i translated PSP-games).
P.S. Sorry for my english, i'm from Ukraine, so...
P.S.S. I've worked with PSP and DS roms (made undubs...), so i can translate it to russian or ukranian. If you'll need it - i can do it ^__^

-Auto decompress/compress (This is pretty easy. Done it for Draglade before, and it won't be too hard for this.)
-Probably a file text file conversion. I'm lazy though. I like editing directly on the program.

I'm NOT going to release it to the public, as there are some unthankful bastards.
I might create a new clean thread with an ACTUAL project tho.
And real supporters and translators can actually make this work.

Here's a screen of it just to let you guys know that I can do this, unlike aaniil and his machine translations.

I don't get what you mean. But to edit, you double click an entry, and this pops up:

The original text is copied to the clipboard, and you can type your translation in the text box. Once done, press "Edit", and then:

You can leave entries blank for later, as the original text will be inserted instead of blank text..

You say you resent these "ungrateful" people, but you become just as much of an asshat as they are when you pull something like this. This sort of thing also shatters your credibility and generally makes you look like a pompous ass. This isn't going to make them look worse and you look better, it will just make you look worse. To be quite frank, I don't really give a shit since it will be out in a couple months anyways, but people really have to grow up sometime.
