Hacking 9.4 EmuNand and Pokemon Y Save

So after you set up Emunand and did the downgrade, were you able to access your Pokemon Y save from emunand? Or sysnand? Or neither?

It seems like the copying of data to the sysnand partition is to make Pokemon Y work in sysnand, is that right?

I wasn't able to access the save from either, initially after the downgrade it was as if there was no save present.
That was my intention, however, because i downgraded to 4.5 again (the non-wifi exploit is just too good), it currently only works in emunand. The reason i haven't deleted it from the sysnand part was because i read on a thread on max console earlier that the saves and content have to be identical on both parts for it to work at all.

I'm completely new to 3ds hacking, but i am currently on firmware 9.2, i have the eshop copy of pokemon Y with hundreds of hours and quite a few competitive bred shinies etc. It seems i am in the same exact situation you were in, my goal is to be able to downgrade to sysnand 4.5 while having emunand at 9.4 without losing my pokemon save game. What were all of the steps you had to follow from stock 9.2 (or whatever firmware you were on) to having your sysnand at 4.5 with the same save state still working?
