i'm going to update as soon as my battery has gone up to 75% is there anything i need to know prior to updating? like if i need to change folders around or format the memory stick after updating?

Is it just me or has he removed charger support

even with my PSP on charge it still has to have a battery level of 78%! Back in the early days it was EITHER that or it could be on charge...

Not all Flash0 theme's support 4.01.

Mine didn't and was missing the search icon, plus it may crash the PSP on bootup (be careful)

I probably won't update the firmware again until next version number and if there is significant added/revised/improved features. I'm sure 4.01 M33-3 will be out soon enough, but I'll wait for 4.02 or further.

It should be fine right if anyone upgraded from 3.90 m33-3 to 4.01 m-33

Just be careful with custom themes and you should be alright.

I bricked mine cos of the Theme I added after - but reflashed back to 3.90 M33-3 until more features are added.

ah ok, cuz i didnt install anything on my psp besides the CFW for 3.90 m33-3

Shane, you won't need that battery if you are already on custom firmware. All you need to d ois go to Dark-alex's website, download the correct files, and follow the read-me.
