Hardware 3DS Supercard DSTwo Error

I had to send my 3ds in for repair, nintendo sent me another one but it's fully upgraded to the latest firmware and now my Supercard DStwo is giving me "an error has occurred" I've tried wiping the sd card and putting the files from the supercard site back on, and have also tried following instructions from various sites and have had no luck. Is there anything I can do?

How long ago was it left in for repair? If the flashcart worked before hand and not now you had an old 3DS firmware and an old DStwo firmware, the latest 3DS firmware is 4.5.0-10 and the DStwo's latest patch version should be working with the 3DS.

Sounds like at this point you should make sure you have a clean Micro SD, put over all the latest DStwo files and upgrade it to the latest version through an original DS/Lite/DSi/XL.
