So I tried the 3ds Cyber save editor hardware on the Save bank software..and it works.
I found out that:
It can also backup US game save.
Can directly delete your retail card save.
It doesn’t need to be online to work.
And save file extension is .3SB.

So, I grabbed one of these things, and it works great. Has anyone figured out how to restore one of these saves onto a different cartridge? I bought this to make sure my save data would be safe if I ever lost/broke a cartridge, and this seems pretty pointless if I can't restore data to a different cart.
