That... is not even remotely what I asked. The H2Testw is not a problem right now. What I'm wondering is, say the SD Card comes out alright, and detects no problems. I'd still be in the same position where I started. Would I need to clean the SD Card and follow the Finalizing Setup part again? And, I wouldn't need to copy the "Nintendo 3DS" folder back, right?

Probably you gonna have to a CTR Nand Transfer if the card test result came back as no error, then problem might be your nand, I doubt the nand backup you made recently would help, CTR Transfer nand are clean universal nand. Doing the CTR Transfer would mean you start from scratch.

The test finished with no errors, so I guess I'll have to try this. Also, I just remembered. The last thing I did was install the mGBA CIA from the titleDB in FBI. Not sure if that's got something to do.

If they're injects (not originally available on the eShop) I wouldn't. If they're originally available the eShop it is fine.

What happens if it’s a game in the eshop, but a different version of the game (cover, music, fixes, etc.)? For example, it was an Earthbound game but it had a different home menu art cover and different music to go with it.

If the titleid is the same as the original game it is probably fine.

1.i can update my emunand to newer version and play online safe without ban/break?
2.if yes howi can do it? just update from system setting?

yes it is safe, you are going to have to update your Luma to 9.1 before you update your firmware to 11.8

automatic boot to emunand or not, holding Select while turning on your 3DS will goto Luma Configuration if you have Luma
