YesI'm cool to play ahem 'backup' games on my 3ds online after following the 3ds.guide, right?
If you have B9S and no emunand, just copy-paste everything from the old to the new SDIf I filled my 32gb microsd card that I have in my N3DSXL, can I just buy a larger one, format it to FAT32 and move all my files from the old one to the new one?
Or is there something specific/hidden/whatever that would mess this up?
You could just do that. Emunands used to be on another partition, but with a9lh and b9s it's just copy pasteIf I filled my 32gb microsd card that I have in my N3DSXL, can I just buy a larger one, format it to FAT32 and move all my files from the old one to the new one?

Only formatting to FAT32 is required, then every size works (I have a 128GB SD). Over 64GB takes a couple of seconds more to load the home menu, but games work normallyThanks, guys. Are you aware of any size limits with the microsd cards? I have a 32gb in there, would 64gb work also?
7.1 only works on B9S 1.0.HI.
I lost emunand here :-(
I have updated from a9LH to B9S few time ago, no problem.
Now i just updated Luma with Luma updater, from v7.1 to v8.
After the reboot, no option to boot on emunand in the config screen, and despite the fact i'm supposed to have Luma v8, the Luma 3DS configuration shows v7.1
DId i do something wrong ? Luma 8 does not support emunand ? :-(
7.1 only works on B9S 1.0.
8.0 only works on B9S 1.2.
Your config saying it's 7.1 clearly means your still on 7.1. It's entirely possible that your booting off your CTRNAND, since the 8.0 boot.firm would not work on B9S 1.0.
You have to update to B9S 1.2, before you can even use 8.0.
Guide: https://3ds.guide/updating-b9s
Restore your 7.1 boot.firm and follow the guide to update your B9S to 1.2.
...to b9s, yes. Updating a9lh before b9s added the important feature of booting from ctrnand. Is there any reason to update a9lh?
I don't know about the first question, but for the second question, to use a NTR plugin with any game, you HAVE to launch BootNTR everytime you load your 3DS if you want to use it. Also note: after launching a game with a plugin while you have NTR activated, you cannot switch games. You have to turn off your 3DS and turn it back on in order to switch games.I have a few questions about NTR Plugin Manager and BootNTR:
- For setting up NTR Plugin Manager, is it safe to change Environment Variables in Windows? I have Windows 10 64-bit. In Environment Vairables, path is set to "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps;". Is it safe to change this to the one used by Devkitpro and NTR Plugin Manager programs? It says to do the Environment Variable change in guide...
- I have A9LH and Luma on my N3DS. I also use BootNTR for cheats in Xenoblade Chronicles 3D. If I want to use NTR cheat plugins, do I need to run BootNTR each time before a game? Or do I just need to run BootNTR once each time I turn on my N3DS?
Thoughts and help GREATLY appreciated

You need to update from A9LH to B9S.
Luma3DS no longer will support A9LH.
