Hacking 2.1.1

I have a 2.1.1 wii U and was wondering is there any point to keeping it this version or should I upgrade to 5.3.2?

If I should upgrade, what are my chances going to the store and buying a new copy with Mario Party 10 with the 5.3.2 update?

Yeah, updating to 5.3.2 is your best bet.

Mario Party 10 in particular I highly doubt comes with a higher fw, it's one of those games where they release it and then kinda forget about it. 2.1.1 is even worse than 4.x or 3.x cause I think it has even more missing or outdated libraries than just nn_nfp (Nintendo figurine platform/amiibo), I'm pretty sure sound-2 doesn't even exist at that point
