Maybe the tickets for the games are not installed. This is possible when you use EmuNAND. Installing within the emulated NAND will not install the tickets into the real SysNAND. I have not done this yet. FBI can tell you which tickets are installed.

Well there are no Games on homescreen?!
that is a problem with tickets . . . if you need proof that you are indeed in cfw load "download play" and press "L"+"select"+"down" . . . if you get a menu on the lower screen its cfw . . . also you could look at the system menu version in the settings app

tickets . . . "arghh" . . . this was once a simple fix but with tikdevil but it no longer functions like any cdn downloader
lets see if i can still be useful . . . i summon @TurdPooCharger

I did the rosalina menu Setting and After restarting the Download Play App i got a blackscreen.
Does this take some Time because of 55gb on sd Card?

do you mean to say you injected the hbc into the download play app using rosalina and when attempting to load hbc you got a blackscreen? if so then you are indeed running cfw and this is a separate problem (that must be delt with first)

Black screen like completely black or do you mean a crash dump? If crash dump, boot.3dsx is missing.

So we have:
  • B9S installed.
  • Luma 9.1 running.
  • Access to Homebrew Launcher.
Only the missing tickets remain… They must have been installed somewhere.
Two questions:
  1. Do the EmuNAND partitions still exist?
  2. Have you mounted the NAND.bin file in Godmode yet?

but your 3ds recognizes that they are not actually yours . . . honestly you should not do anything till turd gets here
Good idea. Too big for me.

@Memento88 : You can mount the NAND.bin in GodMode9 without any risk. Do not try to restore it to Sysnand.

@TurdPooCharger summary for you:
  • 3DS once with A9LH, EmuNAND and lots of Freeshop games
  • black screen since update (probably: Failed to apply...)
  • OP fixed this with AL9H to B9S and new Luma but made a whole new setup
  • OP maybe already copied some EmuNAND to SysNAND.
  • Games from the old setup do not show up. He wants to use them and recover the saves.

The Guide shows me how to restore but how can I mount the nand.bin?
Sorry I don’t want to mess up anything

I already made things difficult while moving this emunand to sysnand right?

F*ck me! I should have explained it better for you

if you mean the restoring nand backup section then as
Do not try to restore it to Sysnand.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

https://3ds.hacks.guide/godmode9-usage.html

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

  1. Copy <date>_<serialnumber>_sysnand_###.bin from your computer to the /gm9/out/ folder on your SD card
I don’t have a file like that it’s just a „nand.bin“
any kind of nand.bin will work (gm9 adds identifying text to backups it creates)

Probably not. Your old SysNAND was not really in use. I'm just a little paranoid and would keep all things until I'm 200% sure. i should not have written that. Sorry. Just wait it little more. Master Poo is here.

Guys, thanks for summoning me, but I recently got the holiday sniffles and will be in-&-out with bed rest. :(

Use the latest GodMode9 v1.7.1 found here or shortcut with the starter kit found here.

Until I'm well enough to catch up on this thread, my current advice is to make backups of these:
  • SysNAND *.bin image: GodMode9 → (HOME) → Scripts... → NANDManager → <X> Backup SysNAND
  • EmuNAND *.bin image: GodMode9 → (HOME) → Scripts... → NANDManager → <A> Backup EmuNAND
  • Nintendo 3DS folder
Place these copies somewhere safe on the computer, so that you won't inadvertently lose data permanently in case a mistake is made.

Restoring tickets is a tricky affair when it comes to finding the correct NAND with the exact movable.sed, especially when doing System Transfer, Format System Memory, or EmuNAND. As long as you see X's in System Transfer Data Management Nintendo 3DS Software, you'll have a high chance recovering game library and progress barring nothing else is wrong with the 3DS.

There are other methods in restoring tickets with shared ticket.db acquired from those [...] sites (I've never successfully found these), or decrypting and dumping saves with fuse-3ds and 3ds-save-tool (if you know basic Python, copy and paste lines of code).
For another, somewhat round about way in restoring tickets and saves, here's the story of tj18's pilot program in recovering his setup:
