    So, has anyone safely restored sysnand on N3DS after downgrading MSET?
    And I mean restored with GateWay (I have backed my sysNAND before doing the MSET thingy).
    Thanks!

    For 2DS, what happened to me, Install Downgraded System Setting App and then Format, cause something like a "semi-brick", when it start up again, it ask you to turn on the 3D Slider, which obviously doesn't exist and can't continue from that point, need a Hard-Mod to restore it.

    Just follow this guide and you'll be good, and make sure to get the proper screwdriver or you will strip the screws, and I can tell you by experience that it is the worst thing in the electronic world.

    It's only with the 2ds, the others are safe.

    Wait interrupting Gateway's "Format Emunand" process bricks the 3ds?!

    I think yes...

    I know that while you are on emunand and remove sd you will brick

    No no removing the sd while in emunand doesn't brick the 3ds, it just freezes it (experienced multiple time). But how can a 3ds get bricked while formatting the emunand?!

    I'm pretty sure it is pulling stuff from the NAND directly and if it messes up when it is copying, I'm pretty sure it corrupts a file. I dunno. Just my theory

    I was so close to formatting my n3ds sysnand with downgraded mset to unlink sysnand and emunand two days ago. So glad I just formated emunand instead. I didn't knew it would have caused brick and I even forgot to look it up. That was a close one. :O

    Q: How can i restore my SYSTEMSETTINGS (MSET) for sys/emuNAND?
    A: Install the right version/TitleID for your Firmware or restore untouched Backup

    3DNUS / UpdateCDN CIA TitleID for MSET
    Code:
    USA = 0004001000021000 9.0-9.5 = v8203 MD5: 5077D839633EC80E7A9D3CA98B794D4B
    EUR = 0004001000022000 9.0-9.5 = v8202 MD5: 7D9E073A6349DDEF77E67B2102B4EEA5
    JPN = 0004001000020000 8.1-9.5 = v9224 MD5: 375EDB36DA62AE44D4D8C91DAB854573

    Which info to put in which box in 3DNUS? I am very confused using 3DNUS. Heard to put USA/EUR/JPN into version box on upgrading firmware tutorial thread.
