So if I installed Pokemon Alpha Sapphire (As an example) I'd need to download the update from eShop then going online is fine? They wont ban me?

It looks waaay beyond the browser. Im starting to think that they really messed up their systems. Not beyond repair as they got boot. But looks messy.

Gateway's downgrader is pretty messy too, but at least it works. Downgrading is a lot more complicated than updating, apparently.

I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask, but hey, this thread was originally for 10.3 kernal, and not a downgrader.

So, let's say I downgrade, install rxtools, and all that good stuff. I download Triforce Heroes, install the update cias, and go online. Could I get banned for using a cia I downloaded from that cia site?

Correct, well as far as we know for now. Nintendo might be able to check our NNID and see that the cia was not purchased
