As far as i understood you can downgrade from 10.X to 9.2 (still didn't get how, since everybody is saying there is a link a few pages ago, but I couldn't find it) with a risk of bricking your console. However if you manage to do that, you can install (rxTools and FBI) legit CIA...BUT you can't install CFWs...right?
