Recently, when I try to load the wad manager, the system freezes after I select IOS 249 (before everything was fine). Today, I tried loading any title deleter and here's what I got (see the image attached). Have no idea why is that because I didn't change anything.

no, what's that going to change? What are IOS and cIOS and what are they used for? I mean, here's my setup. I don't know which IOS i should run, which runs better or it's not even how it works.

There seems to be something wrong with cIOS249, cIOS249 is stubbed. Like I mentioned earlier, try and re-install cIOS, then do another test with "SysCheck". Here's what my cIOS configuration looks like for reference:

IOS222 (rev 65280): Stub
IOS223 (rev 65280): Stub
IOS249[57] (rev 65535, Info: d2x-v10beta52): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS250[56] (rev 65535, Info: d2x-v10beta52): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS251[38] (rev 65535, Info: d2x-v10beta52): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access

IOS (not to be confused Apple's IOS) are system modules that are required for the Wii to operate. Different IOSes take advantage of the Wii's components, this includes: the SD card slot, optical disc drive, NAND flash, network features, USB slots, security, etc.

cIOS and IOS are not the same thing. cIOS utilises custom patches to allow, for example, installation of fake-signed content and homebrew. Later system updates took advantage of these slots, by replacing them with stubbed/blank ones to deter pirates from installing them. And yes, re-install cIOS249.

The homebrew you're using is warning you that overwriting system settings is dangerous when you use a region changer.
Though you're not overwriting system menu it's blocking the install for it detects that HW region and software region don't match

like I said in your other thread, modmii may be able to fix this. there's not too many issues that are not fixable if you have cfw installed.

ok I will do that, somebody else suggested that "it sounds like a botched update happened. you might be able to fix this with modmii" maybe it's an easier way?

yeah btw, I just remembered, I changed my wifi router and reconnected the wii to the network and it did an "update" but nothing updated since it is already 4.3. Maybe that is the reason

btw, Xflak has a discord channel for modmii. you might ask him for it. I'm not sure how to get the channel address from within discord as I'm a member of it as I was one of the beta testers for modmii a while back. I couldn't really test much on the wii, since mine is down for the count, but I tested modmii's functions.
