Hi everyone (especially windows phone users ) !
So, what is amiigo ?
It is an *unofficial* windows phone app that can read or write data on Amiibos, this app is for windows 10 mobile only, because windows phone 8/8.1 doesn't have support for nfc tags that are not NDEF formatted.
This app is split into two "parts": the phone app that can read/write Amiibos and the PC app that can decrypt and encrypt dumps or extract binary dumps from amiigo dumps.
Also the phone app is actually a universal windows app, so it MAY work on a pc or a raspberry pi 2 with NFC and Windows 10 (i didn't tested it because my pc doesn't have NFC).

FAQ:
You can install it from the file manager, install the dependencies first, then the appx, i had some problems with this way (related to my phone) so i used the device portal way:
On your phone open settings, tap on Update & security, tap on for developers, enable the developer mode, then scroll down and enable device discovery and device portal, now it should give you an ip address, open that on your pc with your favorite browser (that pc should be in the same network, if you don’t have a router you can also use the hotspot from the phone).
Google Chrome may warn you about the connection is not https, it’s normal, just continue to the site.
Then on the phone in the Device discovery section click on pair, you’ll get a code, use that to authenticate in the web interface, then click on submit (don’t use remember my computer, for me it doesn’t work).
Now go click on "Apps" on the left side of the page, scroll down and in the install app section, select the appx file and click Go, if you get an error, it means you don’t have the frameworks installed In the phone, you just need to click two times on ”add dependency” and select the two files in the Dependencies/ARM folder then click go and it should work.
Now you can disable device discovery and device portal, but keep the phone on developer mode or amiigo won't work
or if you have visual studio on your pc just compile and deploy the app

Features:
- Dumping/Restoring amiibos with a windows phone
- Generating the write key for the amiibo
- Custom dump format which will save the UID of the Amiibo to directly generate the write key
- Saving dumps on Onedrive
- Decrypting/Encrypting dumps from the pc app, using @socram8888 web service
- Open source

FAQ:
- Q:YES ! Now I can pirate Amiibos on my windows phone !!
- A:Nope, this app won't write your dumps on empty tags, however if you have one of those cloning devices you could try to use that with the backup made by this app (i didn't test as i don't have one)
- Q:Well, at least i can change the character code in the Amiibo to make it act like a different character!
- A:Wrong again, that code is locked and can't be edited, so no, this app won't directly help you with pirating amiibos
- Q:Will this app run on ANY Windows phone ?
- A:No, according to microsoft documentation this app should work on the old lumia 730/830/640/640XL and the new windows 10 native phones, i tested it on my 640 and it works, i tested on a lumia 620 too, but this app doesn't seem to work even if the phone has NFC, if you find other models that don't work with this app, tell me in this thread
