it's probably theoretically possible, but I'm sure you'd need another switch to do it, just to get the certificate or whatever from it. don't know if the means for this exists as I don't pay attention to switch stuff.

I got my switch banned a year ago and I’m wondering if I can unban it.. can I?
Simple awnser no.

If you can get a donor switch you can using Exosphere and the nand from the donor switch. However its not easy... and it results in both switches being banned.

If you can get the nand biskeys and prodinfo from a switch which is broken You may have a chance (because the same switch can't exsist twice), also I don't think you can use nintendo's updater, they'll spot its not the right switch and ban both. Meaning you need to use daybreak to get the latest FW which means keeping a dirty sysnand (which is risky). It's also far harder than simply using cfw... and there's a chance you'll brick it.

Anything is possible once you figure it out.... but that doesn't mean we ever will ;)

YES, it is possible and this service has been offered in Brazil for quite some time.

An emunand is installed on your switch. But this emunand has a different prodinfo, I guess it is taken from broken consoles (the guy runs a repair shop).

So after that, you should only play original games on the emunand.

Pirated games and homebrew in general should be installed on the already banned sysnand.
