'Eldest Souls' gets launch trailer

Fallen Flag Studio's new game, Eldest Souls, launches today. It is described as a "souls-like, boss rush game" with pixel art aesthetics and "mercilessly challenging combat". For the launch, a new trailer was released which includes gameplay footage as well:

Eldest Souls is set in the vast, labyrinthine Citadel, teeming with vindictive deities who have unleashed a devastating Desolation upon the world. Players will be able to customize unique skills and builds to aid in their epic battles and uncover the dark truth behind the Old Gods’ vengeance.

Found it even cheaper on GMG for a little under $14, so I went ahead and jumped on it. My only minor complaint from the demo was how it was a little too easy, but I'm sure that changes with later bosses. The combat mechanics are solid.
