Hacking Can't Launch Immortals Fenyx

Hey people. Before all, I have really read every single post on here but could not find any solution. I am on FW 11.0.1 w/ AMS 0.17.1. All the other NSPs working fine. I have installed all the sigpatches inside atmosphere folder (kip patches folder and the other folder) I have also updated patches via AiO installer to make sure.

But Immortals Fenyx 1.1.0 version gives me error of "The software was closed because an error occured"

Again, my all other "new and old" NSPs working fine. For example I have just installed Dead Cells 1.11 which is newer than Immortals. It works just fine.

I have downloaded Immortals Fenyx from three different sources, as NSP or as XCi does not matter. I have used both Awoo Installer and Tinwoo Installer. No luck with both. Used USB installation via NS USBLoader. Tried both fusee-primary to ams directly, and from hekate to sysmmc, did not make any difference.

What the heck of the problem with this game? Can someone help? Thank you.

Do you have cheats for the game inside your Contents folder? If so try deleting the folder (Title ID of the game) or turning off Cheats Auto-enabled in Atmosphere system_settings.ini file. Cheats enabled will make the game crash on start-up.

I have folders inside Contents folder. But I don't use cheats, actually never did at all. Should I still delete that folders (Title numbers)?

I am now trying to disable cheats in system_settings.ini

Just the folder that matches the games Title ID example: 01004A600EC0A000

Every folder name is similar to that. So I assume every folder is cheat folder?

If I disable cheats in .ini file, is it okay to keep that folders there. I don't want to do something wrong. Because I don't know which folder is Title ID and which one is something else.

The folder will be exactly that number/letters. If you look at your nsp you used to install the game, it will say the title ID also.
Yes you can disable cheats too but little tricky, read this :

Thank you now I have checked it and my cheat line is exactly like this by default:

dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x0

So it is disabled already.

And there is no folder like you mentioned numbers/letters thing, in Contents folder. So I think this problem is not related to cheats.

Here are system_settings.ini if you want to just use, unzip then put system_settings.ini in SD:/Atmosphere/Config

Yeah there's some bad patches out there I couldn't get ones on google I found to work for anything.

Then I used Shadowones and they worked fine.

No it didn't do anything. Still same error.

I tried Exhumer's patches before opening this thread. No luck with these.
And the Shadowone, I am lost here. Which file I suppose to download? I see only game repositories.

Edit: Nevermind. I found Shadowone's patches. Didn't fix the problem. I keep getting error.

My next attemp is using Tinfoil and install the game with "Convert to Standard Crypto" option.

Yea you right, i don't see them there anymore on his repo, he must of pulled them. If none those worked tho then must be something else going. Let me PM someone to here maybe help...

Exhumer is the one I tried twice doesn't work.

Shadowones worked for me so idk.

I found his patches here but not Github. But anyway it could not fix the error.

JustJay is right...Have you tried getting a different orig V1 nsp, or vice versa, a different V1.1 update? Does the game start without the update, in V1?

So I read here, another old topic, a lot of people suggested Fat32 should be used instead of exFAT. My SD is exFAT but I am using it like that since 2 years in Switch. Not a single time I have faced this issue. And also every other NSPs working exceptionally well. I mean, I have played over 500 games maybe. Not a single problem. Only Immortal Fenyx doing that. So, I am not into changing exFAT to Fat32. But if you insist, my only option would be that I assume.

You should always use FAT32, but yea don't seem the issue here, it would say sd card corrupted, but when you get extra time should back up sd card to pc, then format card to FAT32, then copy all back over. (takes awhile)
