Try reformatting your SD card to FAT32 with 32kb cluster size.

Windows will make you trouble if you want to format anything over 32 gb in fat32 format so sometimes I use that program.
If Windows is not displaying the right size for the SD/micro SD card you may want to use SD Formater, but BACKUP first of course.

Again, if the problem is wrong size, use SD formatter first. Is quite limited but usually can fix that.
On Linux, Ubuntu has a very useful USB format utility just use that one but remember to select fat 32 and backup first.

Or if you use some version of Linux Ubuntu use the USB formatter.
I did use The Formatter but the issue still there. The DSi keep creating new Save data despite the existing data.
Does TWLMenu++ itself say that it created the save data?
Oh yes, when I'm into the game, the white screen of NDS Bootstrap appear on the top screen, the bottom screen will be: Creating new file/save, then: Save was created.
That evidently means the .nds and .sav are not named the same.
Please re-check the "saves" folder.

The old datas from my DS lite are be in the type of .nds.sav
While the Save datas of DSi will be .sav
I just change the type of file from .nds.save to .sav and it works!

- Added multiple save support for flashcard kernel users!
- Requires the existing `.sav` files to be in `saves` directory, in the same location as the ROM. This also increases ROM list loading speed.
- (@Pk11) More languages have been added to the manual!
- (Not fully tested!) You can now launch DSTWO plugins from the console's SD card!
- Requires a SuperCard DSTWO flashcard (with TWLMenu++ in it's microSD card) to be launched with SCFG access enabled for Slot-1.

Nope. It would be in the changelog of nds-bootstrap, if it we're.
Hi! thanks for the update! does this one fixed the missing files to autoboot into twl menu?
Have you tried the autoboot files from the "R4i-SDHC"/"r4isdhc.com" folder?
autoboot works fine, problem is when is reset the flashcard with xyablr it boots into ysmenu not twl, even when I launch it from the 3ds app
