Hi! I've been trying to mod music from a bunch of games, most important ones being Crazy Taxi and the Tony Hawk games.
I've been looking around and found a bit of info about GC sound files and such, there's a variety of formats depending on the developer or how the game reproduces music.

There's a series of plugins for Audacity with which you can import and export some of those formats, but for example, Crazy Taxi uses .ADP files,
and I can't find much info about it, much less something that lets me convert audio into it. Those plugins can import .ADP, but not export it, sadly.

The most success I had was converting one of the original .ADP of the gamesomething to .STM, and remove the header, this way the game actually doesn't crash when starting a game,
but the sound is just crackling noise.

The Tony Hawk games use .DTK files, which have less info around than the other formats, or Google is failing me.

In any case, do any of you know about this stuff and can help me a bit?

...How does converting .ADP files into other format (which I can already do) help me in any way in trying to do the opposite?

I already saw that before writing here, and it's just to convert sound files to .WAV, so it doesn't hold much use for me.
