Hacking Don't wanna use AutoRCM, will nintendo actively scan my sd card looking for cfw related files?

I use emuMMC, but I just don't like AutoRCM, my emuMMC is in a separate partition, but I install NSPs in my other partition, the one my emuMMC sees as the SD, since this is a fat32 partition I suppose sysMMC can see it (?)
In case I fail to do the RCM button combo would I get flagged in case the console boots into the sysMMC? I use 90DNS both on sys and emuMMC btw, I suppose it doesn't matter because the console will wait for the opportunity to rat on me for nintendo.

If you only do your homebrew stuff on the emuMMC, never on the sysMMC, and you keep your sysMMC clean and fully updated to play online, then no harm if you fail to enter RCM. You're just booting to your OFW, as if you wanted to play online. Just turn it off and re-try to enter RCM.

RCM is booted outside the OS.
Also, Nintendo doesn't scan the content of your microSD card.
You must keep your sysNAND clean if you connect it to the internet, and your emuNAND offline

Yes, that's what I do, last time I booted in sysMMC was when I first modded the console, I don't play online. I wanna keep my sysMMC as clean as possible to avoid a ban and avoid the depreciation of the console's price due to the ban, Switches are too expensive here :/

That's my problem, don't I have a "nintendo" folder in my sd card? My fear is that nintendo see all my homebrew and nsps installed inside the SD. I don't plan on using sysMMC, but sometimes I miss the RCM key combo and aciddentally boot into sysMMC.

Dont get paranoid about it, it will be fine as long as you have an emummc with incognito RCM enabled and never touch your sysnand with anything cfw related at least for now. You always take a risk when installing cfw, and if you are that worried about it maybe cfw isnt for you. But if not just enjoy it, theres alot of fun to be had. :)

And how would Nintendo get telemetry from my console to ban me in the first place? I'm basically banning myself.
I was like you....kept vanilla OS seperate from atmosphere.

Was able to go online just fine.

Then I let someone use my Switch for about 30 seconds. I turned around and saw that I got banned. I don't know wtf that dumb ass did but after that I just went ahead and bought another Switch for online use.

Then you're actually not like me. I'm not going online. Not only I'm using 90DNS on both emuMMC and sysMMC (emuMMC is also on incognito), but the switch can't communicate outside my router as its MAC is blacklisted on my router, the switch is only in my WIFI so I can use FTP, there's no way my switch can communicate nintendo for now. As I said before, my fear is that the sysMMC logs my SD and rat me to nintendo in the far future in case I need to factory reset everything for sale. Other than that I think it's pretty impossible for nintendo to get me. It's not a big deal in case I get a ban, but I would like to be cautious and avoid it, take my precautions.

Tbh I think in your case it was a coincidence. You were probably already blacklisted for something.

Emummc incognito + 90dns if wanted
Sysnand stays 100% clean

To date will never get banned with this setup. Done many.
