Personally i am a user of sxinstaller/tinfoil-dz/hbgshop/ and the switch pirate pack.
I hated mercury hijacking hbmenu, so what i did was simply put the mercury nro in the switch folder. with 4.0, the structure already provides a mercury nro in its own directory inside /switch/mercury/ so you can neglect the root hbmenu , and i assume the hbl file you put in atmosphere folder ( i use sx ).
that way, if you want to launch mercury, it can be done from the OG-hbmenu.
also since i don't prefer to edit my locations.conf with locations from these other packs, what i do is rename each /switch/tinfoil folder that i am not using.
( e.g. if i dont want to use hbgshop, i will rename this folder to tinfoil_hbg using apollo or NXShell, and use other names like tinfoil_dz for regular tinfoil by blawar, and tinfoil_sp for the switchpirate pack.
whichever app i would use, ill rename back to tinfoil. doing this only takes maybe 15 seconds from the console
