I really wanted to thank @RustInPeace and @Majickhat55 who explained everything. At first I am scared that ban hammer would hit me any day because all my BR mons are genned by PKHeX. But after reading all the way through here cleared things up. I never got banned, the only hack I use is to gen a "legal" mon. No max items or unreleased items in bag, no mons in pokedex that haven't been released. Never maxed fasta coins or Battle Tree Points, etc. Never banned since then. In addition, there are times that I accidentally didn't notice the genned pokemon has illegal moves or stats, whatever, the game prevented me to proceed and told me "There seems to be a problem with one or more pokemon in your Party." something like that, I deleted that mon, sync game and I still didn't get banned. Thank you again for explaining, I'm no longer worried.

Yes. After the next competition prize mega stones are released (I expect this coming week or next), the only unreleased mega stone left is the Diancite.
But I mean, now I can gen for exemple the Scizorite and play without problem like ban ?
Of course you can. Scizorite was available already in SuMo on launch. There hasn't been a reported Global Link ban in months.
It'll probably come with a Gen 7 Diancie event.... Or a global mission prize or something.
